Personal data is stored and processed confidentially by Jiricom AB in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR, and other applicable Swedish data protection legislation. Through this privacy policy, we would like to inform you about how your personal data is processed by Jiricom AB.

Purpose and legal basis

We value your personal privacy. We therefore strive to always protect your personal data in the best possible way and comply with applicable data protection regulations. We use your personal data to store necessary customer information in order to:

  • Complete the conclusion of the agreement.
  • Comply with current legislation regarding driving records.
  • Provide you with excellent customer service.
  • Offer and notify you about improvements and new features/services’

Users

Personal data for users of the system is stored for a maximum of one year after the agreement has been terminated. Personal data that is stored is first name, last name, title, email address, telephone number, mobile number, reference code, RFID number and organizational affiliation. Personal data is registered in the user log when you log in, view trips, search for vehicles and make changes to the system. The purpose of user logging is to protect you and others against unauthorized use of the system. When using au2ONE, personal data is saved on who has driven the vehicle. To register a driver, the user must have tagged themselves via au2ONE with an RFID tag or card in connection with trips. All personal data is stored securely and encrypted.

Trips

Trips contain information about: Vehicle, Driver, Time, Start/Stop address, Trip type and Trip purpose. Trips are stored for seven years and cannot be deleted in accordance with the Accounting Act. Information from trips is used to calculate: Fuel consumption, Carbon dioxide emissions, Fuel cost and Utilization rate.

Information and offer

We use your personal data to provide you with information and to notify you of improvements and new features/services. This may be through email, advertisements, text messages, telephone calls and postal mailings to the extent permitted by applicable law. This use of your personal data for marketing purposes may also be subject to so-called profiling. Some of our campaigns may be carried out on social networks. By agreeing to this privacy policy, you also consent to the profiling of your personal data.

Information to third parties

We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. Exceptions are trusted third parties who help us manage the website, operate our business, deliver the goods you order or provide services if those parties agree to keep the information confidential and not use it for other purposes not agreed upon. We may also share your personal information where we believe it is necessary to comply with legal requirements, enforce website policies or protect ours or others’ rights, property or safety.

Your rights

You have the right to request a register extract in order to check what information is registered. You have the right to request that incorrect, incomplete or misleading information be corrected. You have the right to have your information deleted upon request. You have the right to revoke all or part of a consent given to the processing of personal data at any time. You also have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing and profiling.

All communications and actions we take in connection with your rights are provided free of charge. We reserve the right to either charge a reasonable fee to cover the administrative costs of providing the information or taking the action requested, or to refuse to comply with the request, in the event of manifestly unfounded or unreasonable requests.

Cookies and IP address

We use cookies to improve your customer experience and provide you with relevant information and offers. The cookie also lets us know if you have visited the website before and which of our pages you have visited. You can set your browser to block all or some cookies or to notify you when a website uses cookies.

We use your current IP address to ensure that you are the one logged in and to prevent hijacking of your account and session.

Changes and complaints

We reserve the right to update or change this policy at any time and you should regularly visit this website to obtain the latest version.
